Shipping

Standard Orders

• All in-stock products ship next business day.

• Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days.

Convention Schedule Notice

• If we are attending a convention, shipping will be temporarily delayed.

• A notice banner will be displayed on the homepage during these times.

• Orders placed while we are at a convention will ship the following Tuesday after the event weekend.

Preorders

• Preorder items require 4–8 weeks for production, inbound shipping, and fulfillment.

• Please keep this timeline in mind when placing preorder items.

Any exchange or refund requests must be filled out In the request form below (including images is highly recommended)! The form goes directed to my email and upon investigation we will come to a conclusion and determine whether or not a refund or exchange is due. If refund is granted it will take 5-7 days for funds to go back into your account. If an exchange is granted your new product with be sent out the next day with shipping information! (Old product is not required to be sent back)
